ENDURANCE
Psalm 126:5-6……Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. He who continually
goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing shall doubtless come again with
rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

The message is titled Endurance; this is a new year; this is a
new day in the presence of God. The spirit of the Lord has sent me, to
encourage you, in this subject, Endurance. Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy; the
bible did not say “shall reap with joy.” This might be an attachment; which is
overflowing; when you are swimming inside joy; those who
sow in tears shall reap in joy. This
is the hour the Lord wants you to endure; the answer to your problem is
endurance. The solution to everything you are going through right now is
endurance. The bible says “having done all, then stand”; endurance, God wants
everybody to have the spirit of endurance.

did not have a child, Elkanah had to marry another woman, called Peninnah. 1
Samuel 1:6….her rival also provoked her severely, and make her miserable,
because the Lord had closed her womb. 1 Samuel 1:1-18 Hannah did not utter any
word, nor reply her rival; instead she kept crying, and weeping. A day came
when the Lord looked unto her affliction; -‘those
who sow in tears shall reap in joy.’ We have sown; we have built; you have
planted; but you are expecting the time of harvest; truly, the harvest must
surely come. Genesis 8:22….. While the earth remains seedtime and harvest, cold
and heat, winter and summer, day and night shall not cease; praise the name of
the Lord……

Seedtime and harvest; there
is a time to plant, and there is a time to harvest. In the time of planting, we
will put everything on it. When a farmer is planting, he does not reap
immediately. Rain and sun will beat him; but he endures knowing that the time
of harvest is coming. 2 Corinthians 4:18…..
While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are
not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are
not seen are eternal. That is what we are looking up to. 2 Corinthians 4:16…..Therefore
we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward
man is being renewed day by day. Endurance, am speaking to somebody today, that
this year, God wants you to endure. The moment you cross from darkness to
light; you have got enemies; even if you do not have the physical enemies, you
have the spiritual enemies; Satan is your enemy, because he does not want you to
have Christ. He does not want you to have life, he does not want you to have joy;
he knows what is in the kingdom of God; he knows the joy that is in it if you
come to Jesus Christ; and he does not want you to have it. He does not want you
to be a part taker of His glory; so he goes, he moves, attacks, and monitors
you; so that you will not be able to have it. Satan is your enemy; and I pray
this hour that the Lord will crush Satan in pieces before you, in the name of
Jesus Christ……Praise the name of the Lord with me.

God has put everything under His feet…….God almighty has put everything, under
the feet of our Lord Jesus Christ. Colossians 2:10…..We are complete in Him who
is the head of all principalities and powers. So if God has put everything
under Jesus Christ; it means that, we are His body, He is the head. If God has
put everything under His feet, Satan is under our feet, because we are complete
in Christ. God Himself has given Jesus Christ power over all powers; He has
given Him authority over all powers. Jesus Christ now delivered that authority
to us. Luke 10:19…..Behold I give you authority to trample on serpents and
scorpions and over every power of enemies and nothing shall by any means hurt
you. Nothing shall hurt you, if God say “you shall trample upon the serpent,
and Satan is the serpent”; it means God has put him under your feet. So this
year, you are going to crush Satan; you are going to crush principalities and
powers; you are going to crush all the agents of Satan; you are going to destroy
all the satanic representatives in your life. You are going to destabilize all
the witches and wizard in your family; you will overcome them; you will overthrow
them. All the occultic people, you are going to triumph over then; you are
going to break them to pieces; in the name of Jesus Christ…….Praise the Lord……..

Endurance- anything that has
a great purpose, must have greater challenges. When your purpose is great, challenges
must be great. Jesus Christ suffered for us, He endured. Hebrews 12:2….. Looking unto Jesus, the author
and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the
cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of His majesty.
How did He get to that position, He endured the cross; it was not easy;
despising the shame, they disgraced Him, and did everything; He did not care
about it. The bible made us to understand in Philippians 2:8-11…..Being found
in the appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point
of death…………Before He was glorified, nothing bowed as much; but now everything,
bows down for Him. Satan bows down for Him, principalities bow down for Him;
rulers of darkness bow down for Him; the spiritual house of wickedness in the
heavenly places bow down to Jesus Christ. Everything bows down to Him; all
forces of darkness bow down to Jesus Christ because He is Lord; but He did not
get it easily; He got it because He endured the cross.

David knew he was going somewhere;
when King Saul was pursuing his life, he did not let that disturb him. 1 Samuel
18:10-11…..While David was playing an instrument; Saul threw a spear on him;
but the spear went another way. David escaped in the presence of Saul twice; he
wanted to destroy his life; but this man endured; and David became a king,
because he endured. You will endure in the name of Jesus Christ……Praise the
Lord.

towards your destiny. When they see the glory of God in you, they want to
cancel you; when they see the glory of God in you, they want to crush you. When
they see the glory of God in you, they want you to become nothing; and people
will fashion so many weapons against you. They will try to conspire against
you; they will go and click with those that are very close to you; so that they
can get rid of you. But they have forgotten that God is God; and the project of
God can never be canceled. When God says “Yes”
nobody can say “No”; anyone God has lifted up,
nobody can bring that person down. Anyone the Lord has blessed nobody can curse
that person; because God has blessed the person.

Balaam said to Balak in Numbers
23:20……I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse

be reversed; in the name of Jesus. God has blessed you and in 2013 nobody, will
be able to cancel you; nobody will cancel your project; nobody will cancel your
life; nobody will cancel your journey; in the name of Jesus…… Intimidation will
go; hostility will be over; intimidation of people will be over in the name of
Jesus… People will try, but they will fail; this year, they will fail. No more
intimidation; no more frustration, in the name of Jesus. No more humiliation;

of the Lord will rest upon you; receive my word in the name of Jesus……..

had a dream, he told his brothers, and they were angry. Now his father sent him
to look at the wellbeing of his brothers. The bible made us to understand in
the book of Genesis 37:18-20…….When they saw him from afar off; they conspired
against him; saying “see the dreamer is coming”; and somebody among them said “let
us kill him, and cast him into some pit; and we say to the father ‘some wild
beast has devoured him.’ And we will see what will become of his dreams. ” As he got there, they grabbed him; they
threw him into the pit; later they sold him as a slave. He endured it; he got
to Egypt; he was doing well with Potiphar. Potiphar loved him so much; he put
him in charge of all his things. In Genesis 39:7-10…..And it came to pass that
his master’s wife cast longing eyes on Joseph, and she said, “Lie with me.” In verse
8-10; Joseph refused saying “my master put everything in my custody. Whatever I
deliver to him is what he agrees with. He put everything under my care except
you, because you are his wife. How will I do this wicked thing, and sin against
my God”

She used Joseph’s garment as
evidence that he tried to rape her. The husband did not even ask Joseph if it
was true or not; and he put him in prison. But the favor of God was with him. Wherever
the enemies throw you into this year, the favor of God will be with you, in the

Lord will be with you. It does not matter where people put you, you shall see
the favor of God in the name of Jesus. Verse 22……And the keeper of the prison
committed to Joseph’s hand all the prisoners who were in the prison; and whatever
they did there, it was his doing. A prisoner now became a chief warden; it has
never happened in the history of the world.
